Andrew, our patient, is a 24 year old young man with good looks and a very attractive smile. His oral health habits were good and his teeth were in good shape. His two front teeth however were noticeably chipped.

Our patient mentioned that the chipping and somewhat obvious discoloration of his teeth had been bothersome for him. He had wanted to change these cosmetic characterstics for some time but was concerned about cost and complexity of treatment.

At the time Andrew presented in our office, he stated he was looking for a new job and wanted to look his absolute best. He was at the point of being very self conscious about how his teeth appeared whenever he smiled.

Dr. Bram and the patient reviewed a number of treatment alternatives. It was determined that the patient could achieve the cosmetic result he was seeking (nice shading, close minor gaps, get rid of chipped appearance) with the application of multiple feldspathic porcelain veneers.

This makeover treatment was extremely quick and easily affordable by the patient, which was especially appealing for him. He had put off the treatment for a long time.

The post operative veneer treatment photo shows how Andrews great looking teeth and nice smile moved up to being a great looking smile that was easy to show off. Dr. Bram recreated the smile line relationship (incisal edges follow same arc formed by lower lip) that defines a healthy and appealing smile. Andrew was thrilled with the outcome.

Teeth whitening treatment balanced out the makeover plan, producing the right shade of brightness that matched his new veneers and blended his smile result.
