This patient presented with 1.5mm diastema which he always wanted to close but did not want orthodontic treatment.

Wearing metal braces for a considerable length of time, he thought, would be uncomfortable, feel bulky and create a cosmetic appearance that didn't appeal to him. The more cosmetic approach of using invisible types of braces were not an option for him, he felt, due to the size of the gap.

He also wanted to address the discrepancy and size of his upper teeth. Dr. Bram reviewed a number of treatment options and choice of technologies that patient could select from that could provide different types of cosmetic result.

Our client wanted to have a great looking smile that was uniform in color and also matched his existing teeth and give the appearance of being natural. The patient chose to use premium feldspathic veneers, known to provide the best cosmetic color shading characteristics of any veneer product.

A total of six were applied on his upper arch for the centrally positioned anterior teeth.

As our post operative after photo shows, the veneer application was extremely successful. The patient felt the outcome was practically perfect... creating a smile and cosmetic appearance that looked good, felt natural and is nearly undetectable.
